Our product line includes hand-painted slate coasters/magnets/art, welcome and personalized signs, mantel art pieces, unique wind resistant slate planters, clocks and more. We recycle castoffs and turn them into beautifully designed useful new pieces. Our floral arrangements and floral art designs use silk, dry and fresh flowers. The fresh flowers and plants come from our gardens and greenhouse. Some of the dried flowers and all of the “winter skeletons” are from our property. Creating new from old, incorporating natural elements in our designs, and bringing the gardens to harvest is our recreation for our re-creations.

Marie Corde

I was employed by the Easton Post Office for twenty-four years. I've taken courses in small business management at NCC, and completed the floral design program at Bethlehem Vo-Tech. For the past few years, I've been collecting materials and trying different design techniques as well as beginning to work with our greenhouse.

I've been a gardener since I was a kid. My dad gave me a pack of petunia seeds to plant, since (back then), he “wouldn't plant it if you couldn't eat it”. As an adult, I helped him plant thousands of bulbs, countless lilies and several flower gardens.

I started painting slate pieces after I let my grandchildren paint slate tiles for our backsplash and saw the beauty of the creations. The ability to reuse materials to create products that are unique and have the capability to be personalized as well as custom designed, gave me the motivation to start RE- MARIE.
