| Brother and Sister Brad and Kate Pollock grow vegetables and other products on a portion of their grandparents' farm, Seidels' Farm in New Smithville PA (Grandparents, Richard and Thelma Seidel moved to the farm in 1965). Brad and Kate started farming in 1997 and became an official business in 2005. They currently farm 10 acres, 6 in pumpkins and 4 in vegetables. In addition to the Easton Farmers' Market they sell at their home farmstand, the Macungie Farmers' Market and the West Reading Market. The brother-sister team hopes to keep expanding and add berries, tree fruits and more vegetables. |
