10am – Noon: Jolly Holly The Balloon Twister
Jolly Holly is a local balloon twister. She makes awesome things out of balloons: animals, hats, cartoon characters even fruit baskets. Some sculptures are beautiful; others silly and still others, well, twisted!  While she twists balloons she tells jokes, riddles and stories.
