Cooking Demo with Rita Calvert, author of the cookbook, The Grassfed Gourmet Fires it Up (sponsored by Greater Lehigh Valley Buy Fresh Buy Local). $3 Admission. The menu will feature: Seasoned Sirloin with Tuscano Sauce; Tomatoes and Radicchio and Lamb Chops with Yogurt and Mint Chimichurri Sauce. All attendees will enjoy generous food samples, receive copies of the featured recipes and be entered in a prize drawing to win a signed copy of The Grassfed Gourmet Fires it Up.
